The United States decided to send cluster bombs to Ukraine. As we know, these bombs represent an enormous specific risk for civilian populations and in particular children. Countries forming part of this Holy Alliance against Russia have expressed their opposition to the use of these bombs: Great Britain, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, Spain. Even in the United States there were 147 representatives to express their opposition to sending these bombs to Ukraine. Cambodia, which suffered from these bombs during the Vietnam War, has also publicly expressed its opposition. It should be noted that this position of principle - of countries that have signed a Convention which prohibits the use of cluster bombs - has not gone so far as to criticize the decision of the United States to send these same horrible bombs to Ukraine. After Covid19, here is a new infectious disease striking again. The first cases appeared in the United States in March 2022 and then it moved to United Kingdom. This epidemic has already killed more than 100,000 people, all in Europe. The symptoms are quite bizarre and look like hysteria: the countries that are affected are getting rid of everything they have in excess, weapons and money.
